MsMentorMe Boutique© will honor, to the best of its ability, prices as noted via the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cashier Check and Money Order. Cashier Check and Money Order payments must be received within ten (10) calendar days as of the date the order is placed. If not received, the order will be cancelled.

For items that are no longer in-stock, MsMentorMe Boutique© will notify its customer via phone conversation or e-mail with request to either cancel the existing transaction, hold processing of the transaction until the merchandise is restocked or replace the item with merchandise comparable to its value.

MsMentorMe Boutique© does not honor RESERVE HOLDING.


UPS:

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground within the United States unless otherwise notified. UPS ground service may take 7 ~ 10 calendar days for delivery.

MsMentorMe Boutique© and its affiliates DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

UPS Ground - Shipment variable cost is dependent upon the total purchase cost and is automatically calculated at checkout.



FedEx:

Shipment variable cost is subject to the guidelines of the carrier. Depending on the total purchase cost, cost is automatically calculated at checkout. At times, products are not available on-site and must be ordered from third-party vendors. In this event, Next Day Air begins at the point of receipt of the product to the Columbia office.



United States Postal Service:

Shipment variable cost is subject to the guidelines of the carrier. The customer is responsible for any costs of insuring a shipment.

If the customer elects not to pay for postal insurance, MsMentorMe Boutique© and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for any damage or disappearance of shipments.

If the customer elects not to insure the shipment and it is lost or damaged by the post office, MsMentorMe Boutique© and its affiliates will not issue a refund.

Insurance rates are as follows: For $50 insurance add $1.10; $100 insurance add $2.00; For each $100 additional insurance add additional $1.00

Notice: US Postal Service is not a MsMentorMe Boutique© preferred method of shipment and is not recommended to the customer.


Expedite Orders:

At times, products are not available on-site and must be ordered from third-party vendors. In this event, Next Day Air begins at the point of receipt of the product to the Upper Marlboro office. An additional charge may be applied. Please CONTACT US if you have questions concerning this arrangement.


Notice:

MsMentorMe Boutique© and its affiliates will not be liable for carrier delays nor damage to merchandise due to transportation or industry delays. If there is concern, please Contact US to indicate whether you want to "insure" or "cancel" your shipment prior to arrangements with the carrier. An additional fee may be applied.

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please notify your credit card issuer to add the shipping address as an alternative address in order to expedite the payment process. Otherwise, your shipment will be delivered to the billing address as indicated in the credit card profile.
