MsMentorMe Boutique© has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. The actual colors you will see, however, will depend upon your monitor. We therefore cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Authenticity: MsMentorMe Boutique© sells new brand name merchandise without serial numbers purchased directly from established dealers and or other distributors.

Gold: Unless otherwise notified, gold may be gold-filled. Gold filled or gold overlay is a process of pressure bonding a thin layer of gold to a base metal core (usually brass). Gold filled (unlike gold plating) has an actual layer of gold, giving it more value and making it tarnish-resistant.

Notice: MentorMe Enterprise, Inc., dba MsMentorMe Boutique© reserves the right to change or update this Return Policy, at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

Returns Damaged:

Merchandise damaged in shipment as a result of the carrier will be credited towards your account upon receipt and verification of the returned damaged merchandise.

(1) Please file a complaint with the carrier service and present “Proof of Damage” as part of the returned damaged shipment. Send an email to: “msmentorme@mentorme-enterprise.com” within three (3) days of delivery indicating the shipment was received DAMAGED.

(2) Please indicate in the subject heading: DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. In the body of the text, specify your name, order/invoice number and item description/number.

MsMentorMe Boutique© will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number with further shipping instructions for your convenience.

MsMentorMe Boutique© and its affiliates will not honor returns that extend beyond 14-days after merchandise is delivered.


Returns: Customer Request

To return your merchandise:

(1) Send an email to: “msmentorme@mentorme-enterprise.com” within three days of delivery.

(2) Please indicate in the subject heading: RETURNED MERCHANDISE.

(3) In the body of the text, specify your name, order/invoice number and item description/number.

MsMentorMe Boutique© will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number with shipping instructions for your convenience. For items that are not "SALE" or "DISCOUNT" items, there is NO FEE attached to restock items. The cost of the shipping for the original purchase is not refundable.

If the item is a "SALE" or "DISCOUNT" item, offered with FREE SHIPPING, the cost of the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Please notify MsMentorMe Boutique© of the item's UPS or FEDEX tracking number. As soon as the product is received, and in the same condition as shipped, MsMentorMe Boutique© will issue a "REFUND" for the cost of your purchase.

MsMentorMe Boutique© will not honor returns that extend beyond 14-days after merchandise is delivered.

CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR IN PERSON SALES. If visiting one of our "Fashion Show" and "Vendor Sales" outreaches, please be mindful that customers are offered a boutique credit towards the next purchase.


Returns: Refusal

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are not subject to a return fee. However, the customer's account will be labeled “REFUSAL” in order to safeguard shipment of future orders.
