Refining Toner

Ylang ylang essence refreshes and nourishes while witch hazel formula removes last traces of make-up and debris. Alcohol-free, fragrance free formula balances Ph and prepares the skin for moisturizer.

How to Use: After cleansing, saturate a cotton ball with toner and apply with small circular movements.
